So the book that I have chosen for this is The Kiss of Deception by Mary E. Pearson Rating: 5/5 stars To give a bit of a background, The Kiss of Deception is the first book in the Remnant Chronicles series. The book is about a girl from a kingdom called Morrighan who runs away on her wedding day. But not before she steals these important documents from a man called the Chancellor. (which basically are super important throughout the book!) After she leaves, she ends up in a small village where she creates a new life for her. Little did she know, the man she was suppose to marry, the prince, was coming to find her. And so was an assassin. Unknowingly, she meets these men and thus begins a lovely love triangle.
